Request to Return to Cal Poly Humboldt

This is an initial step to re-enrolling and is not a guarantee that you will be able to return to the university. You may request to re-enroll if you meet all of the following criteria:

You were previously admitted to - and enrolled in - at least one semester (Fall or Spring) at Cal Poly Humboldt
Your absence from Cal Poly Humboldt is not more than 4 semester (2 years)
You were in good academic standing (or on probation) when you last attended Cal Poly Humboldt, or the most recent institution you attended. (Note: Academic Disqualification does not meet this criteria - instead see humboldt.edu/reinstatement)
